RETURN POLICY

  •  If the buyer received products that they ordered of good quality, in time and as described in the website and wishes to return. 

    They must:

    Contact the seller by e-mail support@u-case.eu and state which items they wish to return, provide their order number or first and last name by which order was made.

    After contacting the seller, the buyer must send products back in the original packaging, undamaged, and with all accessories it came with.

    Products must be sent by registered post at buyers expense to:

    MB Asistenta LT, T. Ševčenkos g. 19, Vilnius, LT-03111, Lithuania

    Buyers can return products of good quality within 100 days after receiving their orders.

     

    If buyers received wrong, broken, not as described in the website or somehow else unfit products.

     

    They can contact the seller and require to send new products, issue refund, or change it to similar other products.

    If the seller asks to return the unfit to use product, he covers all postal expenses for sending products back.

     

    Refunds for returned products are made no longer than four business days after receiving returned products. Refunds are made to the bank account provided by the buyer.

     

    Returns are regulated by Lithuania civil code ( 2000, Nr. 74-2262) 6.362 paragraph 4-th part and amended by the Lithuanian Republic government 2000. December 27 d. Ruling Nr. 1506 „Approval of the plan of measures implementing the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania“ ( 2000, Nr. 113-3631) 3.2.3
