    Q: Where is your warehouse located?

    A: Our main warehouse is located in Lithuania, Vilnius we ship from there.

     

    Q: Will I need to pay customs or any other additional charges?

    A: No, there is no custom or other additional charges. Lithuania is an EU member state, so there are no additional charges or checks for your order.

     

    Q: Can I cancel my order if I already paid?

    A: Yes, please contact us support@u-case.eu, and we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

     

    Q: I made a mistake in writing my address and contact details, what to do?

    A: Please contact us immediately at support@u-case.eu, and we will correct your details.

     

    Q: I ordered a case for the wrong phone model, how can I change it?

    A: Write your order number and products which you want to switch to support@u-case.eu, and we will send you a new product and give details on how to send back the wrong one.

     

    Q: Do you ship outside of the European Union?

    A: No, we are sorry, but we only sell in European union member states.

     

    Q: Which Countries are member states of the European Union?
